We want you to absolutely love your skincare. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.
Change of Mind

Unopened and unused products can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Products must be in their original condition with seals intact
  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, we’ll sort it out immediately. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you after assessment.

How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at hello@loopiskin.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and our address
  3. Pack your item securely (keep that tracking number!)
  4. Send it back to us

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products (unless faulty or damaged)
  • If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately and we’ll cover all return costs
