All orders placed through loopiskin.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect misuse.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand (and soon to Australia!).
Shipping times and costs are detailed at checkout. While we aim to get your order to you quickly, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Loopi products!
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@loopiskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of used skincare products unless they’re faulty.

All content on this website — including product names, text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Loopi Skin Ltd and is protected under New Zealand copyright and trademark laws.
